General Delk has done a masterful review of the 40th Inf. Division, originally a National Guard Unit primarily located in California. Anyone who has a history bent and is interested in this military unit, should read this well researched and colorful book. Of special interest is WWII and Korean action. As a veteran of Korea, I learned much about the Division that had escaped me. General Delk has done a masterful job!
