This is a great knife, just know that the sheath shown is not what you will receive. The sheath does not have a strap over the gaurd - only the handle.

Ka-bar has always made a great knife. The draw back being the leather sheath. If keep stored in the leather sheath for months at a time, moisture in the leather can cause rust. This sheath corrects that problem. It is a secure but fast release fit. I highly recommend this set up.

Great knife, would recommend it to anyone that looking for a replacement or the same thing we used in the military.
I was going to buy a used one but why live in the past. I started a new era with new steel.
