While I very much enjoy the music on this CD, excepting a single track (#10 - "Texas"), it is a misleading inaccuracy to label it "ambient techno". Tracks 1 through 9 and 14 are more accurately labeled "ambient jazz"; and 9 and 11 through 13, as world fusion with seemingly a Native (American? Lappish?) weighting.

i've been an exchange student in finland twice (shows you how much i love the country) and became familiar with rinneradio the last time i was there (1996). they blew my mind and won my devotion. if you are in the mood to relax, this is a terrific cd to listen to. if you are in the mood for inspiring music, this same cd will do the trick. moody, just like the finns, and amiable, just like the finns, this cd exemplifies the soul of finland through great beats and yoiks.
