This review is from: Filexec 2-Pocket Folder, 3-Hole Punched, Assorted (Pack of 12) (50120-3197) (Office Product)
It was difficult to find pocket folders with holes to go into 3 ring binders. What I like about these is that they are a flexible plastic. The odds of the holes ripping are slim. This way they won't be ripping out of my grandchildren's binders. It was only a little over $1 a folder. It was a great find.

This review is from: Filexec 2-Pocket Folder, 3-Hole Punched, Assorted (Pack of 12) (50120-3197) (Office Product)
I have been looking for something similar to Smead Five Star polypropylene folders (not paper folders) that were compatable with a three ring binder and didn't cost as much as Smead and I stumbled upon these in my search. I received them today and upon first inspection, the outside shell of the folder seemed sturdy and could withstand a LOT of wear and tear. I was excited! Then I opened the folder to see from what the pockets were constructed and I was a bit disappointed as I expected them to be the same thickness as the outside. I was mistaken - the inside pockets are in fact constructed of polypropylene as well, but they're nowhere near as sturdy as the outside cover; they might be about 1/5 (20% for those who refuse to convert fractions to percentages) as thick as the cover.Ultimately, I do like them and I will keep these and use them for their intended purpose, but the review here is to make the buyer who reads reviews before purchasing aware of their construction. I was under the impression that the entire folder would be the same throughout and the reality is that they are not.
