great journal,

This journal is very beautiful and well made. The lines are faint. If you write in good light that should not be a problem. Paperblanks is probably the best brand of journals. This one is a recent release so the price on Amazon is confusing me because this one is very much still available in stores as of 2009. The suggested retail price is less than $20.00
