New and Rising Talent,

Hailing from Southhampton, UK, this 20 year-old singer has put his own twist to the rnb scene. With his debut single "Fill Me In" heating the U.S. charts, his vocal and writing talents shine throughout this single. "Fill Me In" encorportates both rnb sounds and garage to form an amazing song. If you haven't heard of Craig David or of his new single it's about time you check him out!

Huge fan of Craig David. Should have had more remixes. Has only 1 remix and the radio edit. Not enough :(

Oh, my gosh! I love this song! I usually listen to hard core rap but I am so totally feelin this song! I love his voice! And what he's talkin about in the song, I totally can relate to how he feels about just doin what young people do and the parents are tryin to find out what they're up to. Everytime this comes up on the radio I have to turn it up and sing a long. Can I give it six stars? I definitely recommend this song. B)

I love this song! It is not like all the other R&B songs out there - it is smoother and (in my opinion) better than a lot of them. He has such a smooth voice, and all the words just flow together beautifully. After the first time I really listened to the song and heard the lyrics I liked it even more. Definately worth it - I would like to know how good the rest of his "born to do it" cd is... but if it is all like this - I'm sure it is awesome!

Fill me in with these awful remixes,

This is the worst maxi single I have. The worst remixes for a song worth listening to. Let me fill you in...Track 01: Fill Me In (4:15)- This is the album version of Fill Me In. Worth listening to, with great lyrics and some cool effects. If you listen closely, you'd hear classical strings, which is a nice touch. Note: This is the only song worth listening to on the CD, Track 02: Fill Me In (Full Crew Remix) (4:12)- I'll never get R&B culture. Some remixes are way different than the original. For example, this remix has a different beat and different lyrics, why not just make a new song! Track 03: Fill Me In (Blacksmith Mix) (3:20)- The music is slow, and the vocals are very, very slow. At least this is better than the Full Crew Remix. Not very danceable, but you can bounce... Track 04: Fill Me In (Sunship Remix) (5:53)- A two-step remix of Fill Me In. This mix good, but not good enough. The chorus sounds... weird, it's like Sunship used the same sample they did in the beginning. The beat isn't strong either. Worth listening to for about a second. Track 05: Fill Me In (Artful Dodger Remix) (6:21)- A street style mix with keyboards and strings. Sounds like instruments from the original mixed up in a very unorganized fashion. No good beats and rhythms here! Track 06: Fill Me In (Artful Dodger Bootleg Remix) (6:05)- Yet another remix by the Artful Dodger. Sounds almost identical as the other remix by Artful Dodge. Same loops and same structure as the other remix. Track 07: Fill Me In (Instrumental) (4:12)- The instrumental version of Fill Me In, just sounds like one big loop without the vocals, but it's better than the remixes. Track 08: Fill Me In (Radio Edit) (3:50)- What's the point of this! Sounds like the album version just shorter. No point in listening to this! Track 09: Fill Me In (LIVE!) (10:36)- A live version of Fill Me In, recorded in London. For some reason, he sounds worst live. The backing instruments were very weak. The worst part, he performs it twice! Why?

Craig David is the newest upcoming R&B artist. He has already broken in Europe and has sold over 4 million albums. With a new form of rythm called 2 step David is creating a new genre of R&B. I have the single and have just purchased the album and i highly recommend both to everyone of all ages.
