Beautiful and versatile,

The photos on the site don't do this necklace justice. The beads on this necklace are faceted to catch light beautifully, and the dragon is carved in very nice detail with scales and such. It is a very versatile piece and is formal enough that you can wear it with an evening dress, but it also can be worn with work wear or something more casual. Once on, it is very striking because of the color and overall design. The length is nice as well and I like how it isn't overly long like so many beaded necklaces I have seen are. The pendant is attached in such a way that it doesn't flip over as well.
This necklace reminded me of ones that I saw while I was in China, so I bought it for my future mother-in-law, who lives there and loves purple. I haven't given it to her yet, but I showed my fiance and he loved it too. It is a must, I think, for anyone who loves purple. |
