New to Amazon.com but we probably won't buy jewlery from this site ever again.
Did not bother returning the first defective item, and missed the 30-day return window on the second item. My wife bought one of these from Amazon.com for herself in July 2008, and it looked GREAT! A little over two weeks later the cottonish thread holding it together broke and a thousand beads sprayed to the floor and the pendant shattered when it hit the floor. She was very disappointed! Since her birthday was just around the corner I went on Amazon.com and bought her a replacement (a second one) of the exact same item. A little over two weeks later the cottonish thread holding it together broke and a thousand beads sprayed to the floor and the pendant chipped when it hit the floor... AGAIN. Looks nice, absolutely terrible craftmanship and durability! |
