I would love to see this film again,

I recently remembered the first and only time I saw this short film, more than 40 years ago, and how mystified and fascinated I was. At the time, Buster Keaton was little more than a name for me. Now that he has been an established classic for decades, I don't understand why the film can't be purchased in, say, DVD. Can anyone explain? Is there some problem with the Beckett estate? All discerning Keaton lovers will want to see this one.
