Filmmaker`s Dictionary Needs Adding Before Re-Print,
By A Customer
This review is from: Filmmaker's Dictionary (Paperback)
One of the most handiest books ever to come out of the movie world. It is for the layman, photographers, the directors, the actors and the scriptwriters. Yet I found several words were not propperly described (like how to avoid Newton Rings, Focus, Why you use Dot, etc.) Other words were omited, like Airiflex, Composition, Contrast, Density, F-system, Key (length of background-film), Outline, Pantomime and many others. I will also suggest that under "Lamps" for instance to name them all, and under "Crew" to give a hieragy, etc. Still a very valuable book by all means.
