Heaven's Basement is one of the best new bands I have heard in a long time. They're modern hard rock, but are definitely and heavily influenced by the classics. One of the best things I like about this band is how old school they are. I'm a old school classic metalhead and it's so great to see a new upcoming band that appreciates the classics. So much of today's rock consists of, as another reviewer says, "cookie monster" screaming, guitars tuned way too low, and seeing how fast we can kick a bass drum. If you like that kind of music, Heaven's Basement is not for you. The lead singer can actually sing (as well as the guitarist), and their songs include fantastic guitar riffs and solos. My favorite songs from this album are "Nothing Left To Lose" and "Lights Out In London." I highly recommend Heaven's Basement to anybody.

I seen them in concert at the A&R Music Bar with 'The Pretty Reckless', and absolutely fell in love with their sound. They are so energetic and charismatic. After listening to them on Pandora for 2 months, I just finally had to buy the whole album. It has the same energy as their stage performance. I've been listening to it nonstop! I seriously hope they come back to Columbus soon. I would seriously go see them again! Love you guys!

It's extremely rare that I see a new band in concert and immediately see something special. When I saw Heaven's basement as an opening act, their energy was off the charts, and the music was heavy but also catchy and melodic. Their sound guy must have been off that night because it was very difficult to hear the singer....but when I could, it sounded pretty good to me. So I figured I'd give the album version a shot.
WOW!
This is without a doubt the best hard rock album I've heard in at least 10 years. I would go as far to say that it is the best DEBUT hard rock album since Appetite for Destruction. Every song has great guitar riffs, and catchy vocals that you can't help but join in on while in the car.
I absolutely love this album and can't wait for more from them!

This album was phenomenal, I was blown away the first time I heard it. It has a bit of an old school vibe, but not in a way that makes it sound dated. Some of my favorite songs were Nothing Left To Lose, Lights Out in London, and Heartbreaking Son of a Bitch. The whole album is killer though.

Best new rock band I've heard in years! Pure filthy rock 'n' roll.

Heavens Basement releases their debut album. Good band. They just get a little to frantic for my taste at times. At least the the singer can sing and is not a cookie monster singer or a 3 Doors Down monatone singer. If like modern hard rock then this is a good band for you.
