I like the large surface area of this filter and especially the ease of use!

Try googling the filter number for better pricing on 6 paks. Will be right at the top. Been using them for years. Filters really do the job. Capture an amazing amount of airborne particles.

these filters are not cheap - but they are definitely worth it. You can extend their life slightly by dusting them off with a damp rag to get the larger lint, but changing regularly really makes a difference in a sick room.

Not much more can be said, efficiently filters everything, air is fresh, and after 3-6 months, it's SCARY to see how much gunk has accumulated that you would have otherwise breathed!

This filter definitely collects dust, but I can't tell how efficient it really is and down to what particulate size. Even with this filter running 24/7, the kids tend to cough and sneeze at night unless I let the Roomba vacuum loose in their room for an hour or two ahead of time. I might ask 3M for the filter's particulate collection curve to see what it is REALLY catching.

I will only buy this type of air cleaner and filter. They are great. I am saddened that the filters are so expensive...we go through so many. I am thankful I can get them thru this seller on Amazon as they are a
much better deal and come quickly. : )

We use this in our basement in a Filtrete room air filter. It keeps mold and mildew out of the air very well, and allows us to keep clothing in a room that otherwise would not stay "fresh smelling."

I do add a layer of activated carbon, cut from Honeywell universal replacement pre-filter material, taped to the front, just to enhance the filter's ability to remove smells from the air. Together, the two filters do a wonderful job. The air smells great, and my wife doesn't sneeze from allergens in the air there anymore.

The four-pack is the best way to buy. Unfortunately, Amazon seems to be about the only place to get these filters anymore.

Does what it's supposed to--fits and works in Filtrete air purifier that retailers don't generally carry prefilter for.

great product, but they get you when it comes to filter replacement, average is about 20 - 22 bucks per month, so you will need to order a bunch of them to save on $ 7.50 shipping in addition each time as well, i have a very clean, steril home, and one machine in each room, they never last for ore than about 30 days, you must change them, even if the red light does not go on, they suck every thing out of the air.

This Filter works great with my system I think it is a little costly but I new this when I bought my Filter.
