This review is from: The Final Choice: Playing the Survival Game (Paperback)
Well, I see I have the only comment. I'm not surprised as I think the copyright is around 1991. I think it would be a mistake to label this book simply as "new age" (he writes about angels to hard science to the military-industrial complex) and while it covers a wide range of topics from many different points of view there IS something very grounded here. The main theme throughout is that if humanity does not "continue" to evolve 'spiritually' then our future is dire because we now have the bomb and that changes everything. Writing about something so expansive the author is limited as to how in depth he can go. Some parts of the book are more interesting than other parts, but it all revolves around this central theme and how we, as humanity, have lost/forgotten our ancient wisdoms and have thus become rather rudderless. The author has nothing against true science, but points out that science has become unimaginative and is not asking the right questions; while too often being used for purposes of financial gain or military use. Essentually, he is simply saying that Jesus, the Budda, true religions, etc. have been trying to tell all of us something important for a long time and that this message is only the beginning of it all if we would but listen and regain a sense of faith.
