I was able to do the principles course through a home study school in three weeks. Then I used this book to prepare for the BIG test. This questions in this book are a little confusing or poorly worded, but NOT as confusing or poorly worded as the test questions from any other source. Fortunately, the BIG test questions, although often far beyond the scope of principles course, were better worded and more straight foreword than any of the practice questions from any source. I would suggest doing at least 1,000 of these practice questions in the two weeks leading up to the BIG test. I was even doing them in the parking lot of the BIG test for one hour. It really does make a very big difference. I past the test the BIG test on the first try with 30 minutes to spare. From enrolling in the principles course to the final test took nine weeks.

This set of Practice Exams is extremely helpful to students preparing for the California Real Estate Exam. I have taught Real Estate Exam preparation courses for over 20 years, and my students who have used this preparation resource have been very successful. I have found the questions to be very close to the questions found on the State Exam, and in fact, found these exams MORE challenging than the State Exam. I tell my students, "If you can pass these Practice Exams, you will pass the State Exam."
