Tim Gunn is a favorite of mine.

I really couldn't care less about Heidi Klum- she seemed to be a little stilted as a hostess of the show.
Talissa
I like to see the designs and how the designers make them work.

I love it! Tim Gunn is an entrepreneur, a great businessman, and a man with a heart. I love how he takes his experiences, however negative or positive, and uses them to foster others along in their careers. Now he teaches recent runway winners how to qualify as quality mentors. It's not easy! I really am enjoying this new concept and how the players are learning from and affecting each other. Of course, the projects, as usual, are fascinating to see 'unfold'! :)

Observing others plumb the depths of their creative ability under pressure is exciting. Most of the designers have obviously spent many hours honing their skills. So for me it's always an above average treat to see real creativity unfold. As for the mentors it remains to be seen if they are up for the challenge themselves or if their task to guide and inspire the designers is even authentic or just the prop needed to have another design show. But I'm all for another design show so "Go Tim Gunn!"

With Heidi Klum, I thought that this show would be a flop. Well, I was totally wrong. Tim Gunn is the man and this show is much better with a host and mentor who really knows his stuff.

I used to think Tim Gunn was a class act, but his behavior on this show (at least what we saw) and his defense of that behavior brought him down in my estimate. His backing of Mondo; his insistence that Asha and Sam were the best designers (they who were mentored by Mondo); Anya's accusing one of her team of not creating his own portfolio of work; Nick's throwing one of his own designers under the bus (yes, she was irritating but later Nick admitted his error though Tim, Anya and Mondo have not, to date, admitted their poor judgment); allowing Asha to browbeat one of the other designers until she gave up on the competition.....well, all in all, the show became distasteful. The judges randomly gave up doing their jobs as judges and left it to the mentors to make decisions, and the only saving grace to the whole mess was when Heidi returned as judge with the insigtful Neil Patrick Harris who forced the vote toward a deserving designer instead of one Tim preferred. What a muddle it all was. I will never look on Gunn the same way. I only hope there is no repeat of this unfortunate series.

Love the show and Tim and Nick!!! I thought the pettiness and meaness of Anya and Mondo was ridiculous and uncalled for!:( How would they have felt if people were doing that to them when they were on there season... Shame on them!

If you don't like project runway, you won't like this one either, but if you are like me and love Project Runway, you will love Under the gun.

What's not to like? Its got more Tim Gunn and focuses on mentoring creative people rather than criticizing them. It also shows the growth of the mentors themselves. I'm enjoying it.

I am addicted to only one TV show - Project Runway. Since I don't have a TV I am reliant on streaming and usually watch this show at Mylifetime.com. This website is very glitchy with starts and stops. Also, to watch the show without commercial interruption was heaven! Lifetime shows so many commercials. The commercials are repetitive - I might see a Charmin commercial 10 times in one show! It's ludacris! There is is so much product placement, they really don't need to advertise so much. And the commericals come on so loud I jump out of my skin. Very unpleasant. Amazon it is for me from now on.
