It would be easy to dismiss Brie Larson as yet another young female singer with nothing new or unique to offer the market. After listening to this album I have to conclude that nothing could be further from the truth! Brie has an amazing voice that is perfectly suited to this kind of fun yet meaningful pop music. She's not another Hilary Duff or Lindsay Lohan. This is great stuff.

A rundown of the songs:

1. Life After You (10/10): My favorite song on the album. The chorus is amazing.

2. Whatever (10/10): Another great song that has a bit of a dance/R&B feel to it. Brie's vocals are top notch here.

3. Shoebox (9/10): A cute song about keeping the photograph of an ex boyfriend.

4. Falling Into History (9/10): A slower song that really tends to grow on you.

5. Done With Like (8/10): Not one of the best, but still good.

6. Loser In Me (9/10): This has a great melody and lyrics about taking a day off and just relax.

7. Finally Out Of P.E. (9/10): The title track has an edgier sound than the other songs. The lyrics are very cool. I kind of liked P.E. when I went to school but still I can relate to it.

8. She Shall Remain Nameless (7/10): This is the weakest song on the album. It's not bad in any way, just isn't anything special.

9. She Said (9/10): The first single that's been around since the beginning of the year. It's a fun song and I also love the video.

10. Invisible Girl (8/10): A mid-tempo song about not being noticed.

11. Go Goodbye (8/10): Brie sounds amazing in the verse. The lyrics are kind of cliché but still not bad.

12. Ugly (9/10): This has a different flair to it than the other songs. It's a ballad that can only be described by the word that is the complete opposite of the title.

If there is such a thing as classy teen pop, this is it!

I tried this cd out on a hunch that it might be good. As an adult listener I have to say that it keeps growing on me the more I play it and I think Brie has a cool voice and I like that she plays guitar. The song writing is very good. I think this cd has broad appeal to listeners regardless of age group. I intend to follow her future cd's and keep listening. Good effort Brie!

Brie Larson's Finally Out Of P.E., like other pop albums made by teens, has some lyrics that will primarily appeal to youngsters. But they are all well written, and some, like "Falling Into History," have universal appeal. The music shows that Brie has an artistic vision that can be enjoyed by youngsters and adults alike. I am glad I bought it!

Brie Larson has been writing songs since she was 12 and she landed a record deal when she was 15. Brie, who will be 17 in october, says that she is proud that Finally Out of P.E is out, but the album shows what she felt when she wrote these songs and not what she feels now. So if she felt and wrote such great songs when she was 12 and 13, imagine what her NEXT album is going to be like!

Brie has got to be one of the more talented singer/songwriters out there. She breaksaway from the other young singers with her touch of originality. You can see Brie's personality shining through in the songs.

The best tracks on the album with reference to lyrics and music would have to be 'She Said', 'Falling Into History' and 'Go Goodbye' although all the other tracks are also wonderful.

Brie larsen is an upcoming huge artest shes gonna be great I have the song She Said and its great also the songs Shoe Box,Life After You,Done With Like,Whatever,Finally Out Of PE,& Loser in Me are great and are set to be on this album!I cant wait til it comes out this Sept.13th i thought it was supposed to be out in March but i went to her web site and read because of the song Life After You came to her to record after the album was finsed so they had to go back and add the song to the cd and that takes alot of time but it is gonna be worth it!Life After You is also gonna be her second single so its all good cant wait for it to hit radio and for album to hit stores its gonna be great!Awsome singer!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Brie's got major talent in such a pretty package. I bought FOOPE last year and listen to it all the time. Songs like "Loser In Me", "Done With Like", "Falling Into History", "Finally Out Of P.E.", and "She Said" are among my favorites. But why limit myself? The music is all good. Go out right now and buy this album.

i have been waiting for this album to come out for about 9 months, and its finally here! Brie Larson is a very talented singer and songwriter.

9/10 Life After You- Brie's second single, its really fun to listen to, and has a great message about getting over an ex.

7/10 Whatever- has a really funky beat and cool lyrics about an ex.

9/10 Shoebox- one of the best tracks on the album! it has the sweetest lyrics about an old relationship

7/10 Fallen into History- This song is Avril leftovers, but brie sounds great covering it, but its a very mellow song.

8/10 Done With Like- this is an amazing that most teen girls that are fed up with high school hook ups can totally relate too.

9/10 Loser In Me- This is my favorite song on the album! i think anyone can really relate to it and it has a very cool vibe.

7/10 Finally Out Of PE- The Title track on the Album. Its just a fun song about gym class and not wanting to be there... a situation i think we've all been in

9/10 She Shall Remain Nameless- Fun, Upbeat, Funky song about a snobby popular girl that just makes you wanna get up and do something.

8/10 She Said- The first single off the ablum! its a great song that gets you pumped up and makes you feel like you can do anything

8/10 Invisble Girl- the first song brie ever wrote. its so cute about just wanting him to notice you

8/10 Go, Goodbye- this is the sweet little break up ballad on the album.

9/10 Ugly- This is an amazing song about the insecurites that so many girls feel. the first time i read these lyrics, i was moved to tears

7/10 Hope Has Wings- This song was featured on the newest barbie dvd and replaced the song Go Your Own way. personally, i think they should have left this song off the album.

This CD is perfect for any teenage girl who feel like she doesn't belong anywhere sometimes. But its not all depressing songs about how she's tired of herself and feels invisible; in fact most songs end on a good note and my all time favorite: She Shall Remain Nameless is about how confident she really is. There are no boring, slow songs... well maybe a slow one or two for variety. She wrote most of her songs and is very, very talented.

Brie's CD is freakin' awesome. I absolutely love it. "She Shall Remain Nameless" is my favorite song on it right now. When I first got it a few days ago, it was "Falling Into History" because it just hits me really close to home. Anyway, totally worth the wait. I am glad they added "Hope Has Wings" to it. It's a really good song. It has a tremendously great meaning. :o) I hope everyone else enjoys it just as much as I am! :o)
