The description stated that the book came with the Cengage NOW printed access card. It sure did. But it was invalid....because...it was USED. The seller told me that I should expect that when I buy a used item. My response was ..."why would you even state that it comes with the card?" ....which by the way, the card is required for this course. In any event, they were nice enough to let me return it and will reimburse me in full, but at the last minute, we were left scrambling to pay full price for the book/card so our daughter could start this course. Don't buy used cards or software.

The title says with the access card. That clearly means with an access code. And when I messaged the seller he's saying that he clearly stated that there isn't an access code in the book. The book itself, has no value. I bought it because it was 80-90 dollars and I knew if it was just the book I needed, there was no value to it. So I trusted the price range and I bought it and guess what? NO ACCESS CODE. THE TITLE ITSELF TOO. THAT IS VERY MISLEADING.
I ordered the brand new textbook too. But he instead sent me a used 'Instructor's edition'... WHAT?!
There are sharpie marks over the words 'instructor's edition' on the covere too... LOL trying to fool me or something?!
This isn't brand new either. The cover has those sharpie marks on it, the corners are ripped and the corner of the pages are folded.
I am waiting for a response from the seller but he is not replying. I paid 80-90 dollars on this and if I don't get a full refund I will never be able to trust Amazon again, because this isn't the first time my order required me to ask for a refund.
