What is Financial Planning? The various parts of the financial plan, including the major investment classes and the factors that affect them are described.

Couplehood and Parenthood The passage to couplehood and the passage to parenthood are choices that can have enormous financial components.

Planning for Children with Special Needs Parents who have children with special needs spend much time and energy on creating a life that accommodates those needs.

Career and Retirement The passage into your employment life begins a chain of events that will shape your eventual retirement.

Divorce The passage through divorce--no matter who initiated it-- is accompanied by financial changes that must be contemplated within an emotional climate.

Widowhood Widowhood is a passage no one chooses and no one is prepared for.

Estate Planning Estate planning represents a passage that none of us can avoid.

Philanthropy Creating a financial plan that includes an intentional philanthropic component should not be initiated without a firm grasp of the many issues involved.
