4.0 out of 5 stars A Good Feeder Compliation, August 22, 2003
This review is from: Find the Color (Audio CD)
This mini album will make a great addition to any Feeder fan. The tracks are taken from the four albums that Feeder released:

Find The Colour - Comfort In Sound - A good track to start off the album. However in my opinion, this isn't the best track in the album 'Comfort In Sound'.

'Just A Day' - Echo Park (Import) - One of my favourite Feeder track. A fast paced track with some memorable lyrics. No wonder they included the in the European version of 'Gran Turismo 3'. However, it is slightly cut down than the original single version which is a disapointment.

Insomnia - Yesterday Went Too Soon - Another good track. Typical Feeder indie style track. Great for fans of Feeder's older style.

Suffocate - Polythene - In my opinion, this is the best track out of the whole album. It has that great aesthetic quality. Quite a soothing track and noticibly slower paced than the others. A great track.

Can't Stand Losing You - Just A Day EP Single B-Side - A first, it sounded like a reggae track. But it will pick up when it's at the chorus. The chorus is quite repetitive though which is a let down.

The Power Of Love - 'NME War Child One Love Album' - A cover version of Frankie go to Hollywood - The Power of Love. Another great track. Slow and more thoughtful. This track is not released on any Feeder's albums or singles. Until now that is...

Shade - Swim - One of Feeder's earliest songs. Their style is noticibly different than other rock songs on this album. However, this is great for the fans of the 'earlier' Feeder.

Overall this is a good mini album. However, when I bought this album at Virgin Megastore, the CD cost a whopping $$$. Expensive considering it only has seven tracks and priced in Japan for only $$$.
However, if price is no matter, or you're a die-hard Feeder fan, then this mini album is a must.
