Part 1, "Unlocking the Information Vault," describes basic library resources, selected "supersources," U.S. government sources, business information, and computerized research, and includes lots of phone numbers and useful tips. Part 2, "Experts Are Everywhere," covers identifying experts and strategies for dealing with them. Part 3 describes two sample searches. I am a Reference Librarian and found this extremely useful. I will be teaching a class at a conference on researching speeches and will certainly put this book in the bibliography. It helps to know not just to go to the library, but which type of library for what you are working on.
