In today's competitive world, marketing success depends on reaching out to people, finding those who want your product, targeting that audience and building a relationship with them.

"Who doesn't want more customers?" Opens with a bang and doesn't let-up. You must use "Genuine engagement...keeps them coming back" - it is so true and Jen McGahan goes on to not only tell us the 'why' but also the 'how' - in practical, actionable terms.

Must connect you to the 'right people' to work- really. Not only does she help you define who you are but also who is your ideal client/customer. Target-marketing is essential to any successful email campaign.

The 13 Components... is a Jewel! And one takeaway I can use now is the concept of the 'separate offer page'.

Bottom line: Want to grow your list? Use the optin offer. There it is - in a nutshell. Great book! Michael Hulen

This is a nice short book that forces the small business to ask though introspective questions and focus on key areas. The book will inspire you to offer something free to attract the right kind of customer. I was skeptical going into the book, but was pleasantly surprised with the content. You will also find some very useful advice specific to the digital age that we live, such as "A marketer's job is no longer to broadcast a message. It's to locate and speak to the right people at the right time and place."
