This book is so well organized -- from initial meeting stages to the established group, as well as by the qualitative results desired. They are thought-provoking, inspire self examination and sometimes are hilarious. If you facilitate groups and want to interject meaning and with lasting results for the members, this is your book. Not at all like normal textbook exercises. ++++
