The best book I have ever read on sex.
If you have ever felt that what was essential about sex never seems to make it into porn or sex manuals, this book may be the one you want. This book introduces tantra in a way that people who have no previous experience in yoga or meditation can use it. Parts of seem to be derived from Hinduism, some from Buddhism, and some seem to be original, but all of it is useful.
Even without changing anything that you can see from the outside, everything can change for the better, effortlessly, with reading the first 50 pages or so.

I love the way Deida so eloquently conveys the art of experiancing God through sexual loving. The descriptions of specific senarios that come up while love making are poetic and beautifully writen. Deida's exceptional skill as a teacher is evident as he decribes workable, profound practices that allow lovers to maintain a heart conection -not only to each other but to the infinite- in the midst of the rough and tumble arena of sexual intimacy. I highly recomend his work -and for lovers- this book inparticular.
