This volume inspires, giving the reader holy and practical advice on practice that will improve the soul, the heart, and the mind. One of the Keating classics and a must read.

Not Recommended for Catholic prayer
Father Keating's books are largely based on Eastern Mysticism. Go to Catholic.com and type in Centering Prayer. Avoid these books. They are dangerous for our souls.
