Not only does the book explain the mysteries of chronic pain, it really has a workable plan to focus on life rather than the pain. Written with clear insight to the destructive power of unrelenting pain, the reader is left knowing they are not alone and suffering, and that there is a way back from dispair. I really wanted to continue reading this incredible book from first to last page. A wonderfully written book! |
