I just love this little book. It lives in my pocket and I read it over and over again as my meditation practice evolves. The author truly succeeds in presenting meditation as something very accessible to anyone, with or without specific religious associations. A wide variety of ideas, methods, and suggestions is presented with clarity and refreshing simplicity, without pop psychology or unrealistic claims. Thank you, Mr. Ellwood!

Wonderful Little Read,

Copyrighted in 1983, I obtained a copy of this little book in 1990. I read it, loved it, carry it with me and learned a lot of valuable information for my own life and understanding in the choas of the lives of others around me. This writer really was "enlightened" as so many other new writers only claim to be by their own selves. I would suggest this book for anyone who wants to find their own "quiet mind". Little but outstanding in content and revelation!
