I received this for my birthday. Being originally from Tennessee but now living up North, I maintain my Southern roots. I love this book. There are beautiful pictures of landmarks throughout Tennessee. Also, alot of great information about the state, east to west. The recipes are from the best places to eat in the state. Very well put together. A great collectors item as well. I plan on getting these for some of my friends for Christmas. I will also be trying out recipes to serve my "Yankee" neighbors. Show them what Southern food really is!
