Gotta use 'em right
Roll them gently in your hands as directed. As little as 20 minutes will really limber my hands (piano player) and give me an energy boost.

Not what I expected
This hurts my hands. I thought it would be a good way to strengthen my hands because I work on a computer all day. Unfortunately, I didn't realize that the balls have sharp metal points that HURT! Instructions are in Korean so they didn't do me much good. Overall, a disappointing purchase.
