This order was a very good surprise (and at a fantastic price). The picture doesn't do this product justice. I need three stools, but only ordered one initially to make sure it was what I wanted. I was extremely pleased with what arrived. Assembly was fairly simple. You are provided with an Allen wrench which works for most of the pieces. You will need a Philips screw driver to attach the cushion though.
Even before assembly, I could tell that this was a quality piece of furniture. Heavy, well stained and finished pieces of wood and quality leather for the seat and chair back. It should be noted that the leather on the chair back is on both sides of the stool. Also, there is a small brass cover on the foot rest to protect the wood. Nice finishing touches!
After assembly (which takes about 30 minutes), I was pleased with the result. It is sturdy and comfortable. I must note that it wobbles a slight bit which tells me that the legs are not uniform in length, but this is a minor concern and is hardly noticeable when you are sitting on the stool.
This stool really compliments my home bar and appears to be sturdy enough to handle years of enjoyment. I've gone ahead and ordered the other 2 stools that I needed.
One last note. Multiple sellers are listing this bar stool. Check the S+H costs from each seller since they vary widely and you can save some $$ by choosing one with a low shipping cost (even if the stool itself costs more).

The bar stools are very well made. The wood is a light walnut color, the arms are sturdy and wider then expected. The craftmanship is high on this product. The swivel function works well, but a little stiff at first. I am very happy with this bar stool and would purchase another. My Step-son put the stool together in about thirty minutes with no problem.

These chairs are so beautiful. The seat size is a little small, but the leather covering is nice. we bought 4 bar stools and one package was missing some vital bolts (FYI) We went to the hardware store and found comparable bolts.

This stool fit all my needs..good looking,sturdy,easy assembly and all at a great price. A nice addition to any room.

This is a very good that was better than expected for the price. Also easy to assemble. My only problem is that it is taller than the listed height of 30 inches. The stool is actually 32 inches high. I had to cut the legs myself in order to fit my desired height. In my opinion, I call this "false advertising", and it is the reason I am limiting my review to only three stars only. Also, I am not sure of its long term durability, especially the arms. Having said that, I like the stool enough to order a few more for my kitchen!

The bar stool is very sturdy and comfortable. I didn't measure correctly and I had to send it back as the counter top was too low. The company was most cooperative and an easy procedure. Sally

I just received three of these stools from Amazon. I have been looking locally, as well as numerous other websites. I was surprised to see these stools listed for $110. Usually swivel feature and arms cost you more. With some trepidation, I ordered 3 with the idea to get 2 more later. I thought assembly was pretty easy. The first one took me about 30 mins, then about 15 for the others. This is a pretty sturdy piece of furniture! Its all real wood. The seat is quite large I think. I'm pretty confident they'll stand up for quite a while. I will now order the other two. These are definitely worth the money.

First, I would buy the product again. That said, I'm hoping the stool becomes more comfortable over time as the cushions wear in. Right now, they are not very comfortable. The cushions are very stiff, and it almost feels like your going to fall forward when sitting in the stool (and that is before drinking).

I read some reports complaining on the difficulity to assemble. That is very surprising to me. I found them very easy to assemble - from box to stool in 15-30 minutes

These are some of the best stools that money can buy!!! Easy to put together, and people admire the way they set at the Granite Wet Bar I just built in my dinning room! 5 STARS all the way!!!!

I purchased these barstools for the bar in our kitchen. They are perfect! I had been looking for barstools that could swivel and had armrests, however they were all way out of our price range. Then I found the Monte Carlo barstools on Amazon, and they fit the bill perfectly! They arrived quickly, and my husband put them together in about an hour without any problem. They are super heavy duty, look really nice and expensive, and are comfortable. Don't hestitate to buy these! We've had them for about 2 weeks and love them.
