We were a bit worried about ordering a dining room set online without seeing it in person. We were also worried about the set getting damaged during shipment, not receiving all of the pieces, having to deal with the hassle and disappointment of sending it back, etc - but this experience was wonderful all around and we are more than satisfied.

This dining set is gorgeous and very well-made. The table and chairs are solid and heavy - real wood, not the cheap pressed stuff. Make sure you have a couple of people to help you! The delivery person does bring the set through your door, though.

Service from this company was great - I ordered this set on November 5th and received it on November 10th.

We were conveniently called (a couple days after ordering) from the freight company (CEVA Logistics) to schedule a delivery time. We were also provided a tracking number via e-mail once our set was shipped so we could check up on it.

All of the pieces were packed very securely. Assembly was very easy. The only things that need to be assembled are the legs of the table. The chairs come already assembled. Also, a little screw driver tool comes with the screws, so you don't need anything on your part to put the legs on this table!

The cushions of the chairs are also protected with plastic, which was a pleasant surprise because after ordering this set, we started looking into ways to cover the seat cushions - and having them professionally covered can be expensive. So it was so great to see that the cushions were already protected, saving us extra costs.

The table top is very pretty, too. It has very nice detailing on it.

We can't wait to use this set tomorrow for Thanksgiving.

For the price, this set is just a steal. A table AND 6 chairs, including 2 arm chairs for $499... you can't beat that.

The picture did not do the set justice. I was pleasantly surprised at the quality and the sturdiness of the set. I really did not pay that much and did not expect the set to be as great as it is. I have been using it for a month now with 3 boys in the house and I am very happy with my purchase. I highly recommend the set for anyone who has a tight budget and would like a nice dining room table and chairs set. I also recommend when taking the plastic off of the chairs that you give them a good scotch guard spray. That seems to work great in keeping the stains off. Great item!!! Great Price!!!
