After reading all the reviews for several different coat racks, this one had the most consistent good reviews than all the others. It's a beautiful honey color, is easily put together in less than five minutes (tools aren't necessary), and is strong and sturdy. My mom loved it when she opened it as her Christmas present and put it together the same day. It looks so nice in our foyer.

I have a lack of closet space and don't like messing with hangers, so I've been wanting to get a coat rack. This one was perfect: very easy to put together, looks great, and holds all my stuff with no trouble. It's been holding a half-dozen coats and jackets for a few months now with no stability problems. Definitely underpriced, this coat rack comes very highly recommended.

Cons:
1) not very stable. you need to watch how you hang coats on this thing. If you hang two coats on the same side it's very likely to fall. This could be prevented if they made the base heavier.
2) the bottom is very easy to break. I've accidentally pressed a little bit on this thing, while assembling and got a crack in the bottom part of the stick.

Conclusion:
- Look for something more stable & durable.

I purchased this product for my bedroom. We wanted it to hang our robes on. Upon opening the box, we were disappointed with the quality of it. When we attached the pegs that hold your coats, or whatever you wish to hang on them, they did not line up correctly. They finally did screw in all the way, but look cheesy when all assembled. The holes are very evident after being assembled. We hope that it will hold up for awhile, at least. It would not hold up to being used for heavy coats at all. Maybe light jackets. Not good quality for the price. We are not real happy with this purchase, but decided to keep it instead of returning it.

Delivery of the product was very fast. In addition, the coat rack is very simple to put together and sturdy and best of all it looks great!

I'm please with my coat rack. I have several heavy jackets on it and it's sturdy as well as attractive. I would recommend it, especially at the price!

When I purchased this coat tree I wasn't expecting anything amazing; I just wanted something that would look decent and hold my coat. When the coat tree arrived yesterday I was very surprised at the quality. The coat tree was easy to put together, looked good, and is very sturdy (I'm hanging 3/4 length wool coats on it and it doesnt wobble or tilt). I am very happy with this purchase as the quality far surpasses anything I was expecting to get in this price range.

EDIT: The day I got home after writing this review this coat rack broke. I'm not kidding. There seems to be some flaw with the bottom row of hooks. Two of them have broken off completely. The inside where the screw is threaded was completely worn off. Perhaps super glue would get it to hold back in place, but I havent tried as the I now hang my coats on the top hooks to cover up the missing bottom pegs.

I bought this back in January and it is still standing. I had up to 10 coats on it at a time and it still held. Very sturdy and came nicely shipped and is very practical especially for a dorm room.

This coat rack is beautiful. I can not believe how lovely it is for the price. Great buy...go for it, you won't disappointed. I love it. And it matches my oak cabinets and kitchen set perfectly.

I got this for a relative for a Christmas present. It filled the need perfectly! Small space and no coat closet. This item is reasonably priced, looks great and is easy to assemble. Highly recommend!
