The picture looks beautiful, the furniture when it finally arrived (to the door only-for $170.00 delivery chg.), was well packaged in 5 pieces. After an hour of unpacking, the horrors began. The dining top had a huge glop of adhesive on it from the tape used to secure the "protective sheet of foam" to it, and all the coasters on the reverse side fell out. Adhesive wouldn't come off after trying many many treatments of several removers. After that none of the holes lined up for assembly, the preinstalled bolt/screws came ouy from legs when inserted in base. None of the chair back holes lined up. I contacted Amazon and the Seller. Seller refused to do anything except issue me a $75.00 refund for the table leg problem. Wanted me to ship back at my expense before they would consider any further action. Amazon couldn't help either. I offered to negotiate a 1/2 price refund and keep the defective items since it was so defective and I had to do so much carpentry work to correct it (it still looks like s***). I'm extremely frustrated. Don't buy this product, it's a piece of junk.

My husband and I love this table. It arrived after very well coordinated shipping and delivery. It is of excellent quality and looks just like it is described and pictured. The only drawback is that the chairs are a little narrow (not designed for extra large persons).

The product was wrong color, I ordered Oak like on the picture they advertised, but received burgundy dark-brown color.
the return cost exceeds the cost of the whole order, so I have to keep it because seller would not pay for return of the wrong product.
Do not recommend to purchase any furniture on line.

It does look very nice, and we chose it for the low price. When we received our set, the pedestal for the table had a large split in the wood that was all the way through. We contacted the seller, and they sent us a new pedestal. After waiting for that replacement and once we assembled everything, the table top was what we would call "warped" or bowed. It had to be lined up perfectly with the rest of the table so it would not rock. Once again, I called the seller. They wanted us to send the entire table back, but we could not come to terms on the cost of shipping, so we kept it. We used the glue provide for assembling the chairs. Now, 3 years later, one chair is coming loose at the arm. We will need to take it apart and re-glue. I would not purchase furniture this way again. We probably should have gone with a more expensive set from our local store.

We are pleased with our game table but haven't set it all up yet. Communication with company so prompt and easy. Would buy from again.

The table and chair arrived very well packaged and in great condition. We had no problems putting the items together everything matched also we find the chairs wide enough my son is a big person 305 lbs and fits quite well. Almost didn't purchase this item cause of some of the reviews but so glad I did we truly love it and would recommend it to anyone.

Poker table arrived via ups freight in excellent condition. Assembly took a little while but was not too difficult. Only problem was one wheel caster did not want to snap into place and I broke the wood cover (my own stupidity). Ended up removing the locking washer and replacing with a twist tie which worked great. Overall, table and chairs were of much better quality than I expected. Even with $175 shipping charge, best value for poker table set that I could find.
