I really enjoyed this story. It was heartbreaking, heartwarming, funny and romantic. After losing touch with each other after high school graduation the three Finley Sisters reconnect while at their ten year reunion. Picking up right where they left off, they vow to keep the promise they didn't keep after H.S. As the sisters reacquaint themselves with each other they all start to see the lives they've been leading aren't as good in some ways as they've been leading on. Each woman comes to terms with the issues they've been dealing with with the help and support of the others. Rene has trouble letting anyone close enough to hurt her heart the way her ex did, therefore she settles for a man and a relationship that might not be worth her time. Good heavens.....Mona, Mona, Mona, she is something else. She could compete with the most active womanizer and come out victorious. She confronts her heartless ways after one of her many thoughtless conquests goes horribly wrong. Last but not least is Dawn, the least successful of the three and the most broken. Feeling lost and alone after graduation Dawn makes a series of wrong decisions after another, most of all her ongoing two year relationship with her abusive boyfriend. Her life is in shambles romantically, it's nonexistent financially, and her self esteem along with her thinner waistline is all but gone. Watching these three woman jump back into each others lives and assist even if just emotionally in getting their lives back on track is an awesome thing. Mr. Walker gives us another story filled with ups and downs, highs and lows and the ride is worth both the time and money. I loved the way this story ended, it gave me just enough to fill in my own blanks and imagine their HEA-afters.
