This pair of sandal has good arch support and is very comfortable once you get used to it. The adjustable straps make it convenient when you want to wear it looser, for more air flow, or want to make it tighter, to make sure the sandal does not slip off.

On the outset, in all fairness I confess to being a solid Birkenstocker of many years. I bought this Finn on the hearty recommendation of a friend who raves about its curved design.

The curved design does have a small effect on my stride, yielding more leg muscle workout than the Birkenstock but it is very slight. This effect is being over-hyped in some places as a toning method when it is not panning out as such by my experience.

The drawback here that I have yet to encounter on any Birkenstock is the suede foot bed makes it feel as if there is a thin coating of sand underfoot. Perhaps that unpleasant sensation wears off eventually but meanwhile, it is noticed.

While it is a very well made sandal, it compares equally to the quality of Birkenstock but is more than twice the price. I like them but I won't be buying them again.
