Kosher Salt, Herbs, and Black Peppercorns.
Dissolve brine mix & sugar in water over medium heat. Place turkey into brine bag; set in cooler or on pan. Pour cooled brine, vinegar and ice water into brine bag and seal tightly. Brine turkey in cooler or refrigerator - 1 hour per pound. Remove brine; roast, grill or smoke turkey as desired.
