Remarkable! It is truly refreshing to read a book that not only shows a great Man's Triumphs but also his Flaws and Humanity. This author has compiled information and written a book unlike any other on Dr Lake.
My hat is off to you Mr. Wyatt for a well-crafted piece of written history.
I would strongly recommend this grand book.

Brett Alan Wyatt shares new, never published before material from interviews he had personally with some of Dr. Lake's contemporaries. Fire of God: John G. Lake in Spokane (Pillars of the Faith) by Brett Alan Wyatt is a good and informative book. I enjoyed much of this book, but some of the information has already been printed in The Complete Collection of His Life Teachings of John G. Lake. Lake is by far one of my favorites. He had a spiritual depth and insight like no other. His analytical mind coupled with the powerful anointing of the Holy Ghost took him to new and exciting realms that only few have travelled. As you read of his amazing life you will be encouraged and challeged to belief the Lord for the miraculous. Each time I read his teachings I come away deeply blessed and desiring to experience more of the Spirit filled life. His teachings are always full of faith and life and miracles. Read Lake, his life, his teachings, and then go out and truly live. This book brings out some new and exciting information. I enjoyed it and would recommend it to any born again Christian that wants to know about John G. Lake, his life and ministry. He definitely was a modern day Apostle of faith that made a major impact in this world for Jesus Christ.
