I am not a yoga teacher so I first thought this book wouldn't relate to me. Boy was I wrong. It really is about how to live with integrity (meaning your word has value and you do what you say) and how to find joy in the smallest things. It really got under my skin, to all those places where I wanted to let myself off the hook, and spoke to them in a strong, beautiful, and loving voice: there is so much more to life and by going within and listening and by living what you hear, you find great joy and wisdom. I recommend it to anyone who teaches, leads, facilitates, or just wants to grow. I almost forgot, each chapter has a section on how to teach each one of the themes of the book. Not for yoga teachers only at all! Anyone who teaches in front of a group needs to know this information, for their own work--but also to make sure they are respectful to their audience and are coming from the right place (the heart, and not their own ego). The wisdom in this book could really take us far--if we have the courage to apply it to our lives!

Rarely is there a book that has so many gifts of wisdom on each page, that draws one in so completely that you are left with a renewed and enhanced sense of possibilities and purpose for your life. It is written, I think, for all of us who aren't sure where exactly to begin our renewal, our forward progress. Each page has a fresh idea. Aadil Palkhivala is a Master of Yoga, and one feels certain after reading the book, a master of sharing his wisdom with clarity and heart felt expression. The book is flawless in its beauty...the cover photo is only the beginning. This is a must read for all who want to enhance their lives and/or their yoga. It is a wonderful gift for anyone who views life as an opportunity for growth.

This book belongs in everyone's library. It's not just for yoga teachers, but for anyone interested in creating a more fulfilling life. I'm on my fourth reading and refer to it almost daily for inspiration and to stay on track. Buy it, you'll love it! (Just don't lend it out!)
