I just got finished with this book and it was spectacular! The cover was very pretty.Mary Stanton,please don't make this a five book sieries.Unicorns Of Balinor are my favorite books of all time! Please don't stop writeing! This book was about Arianna and how she upset the scales of magic balance by bringing the royal septer to earth.Now she must complete two great challenges.One by moonlight, oneby fire. Sound interesting? Get it!

My daughter has read all of the books in this series. She doesn't put the book down until she has read the entire story. In fact, I had to read one of them to her. At the end of each chapter, she would ask me to keep going; so I did. Until we finished it! Her 13-year-old cousin from Texas loved them just as much. They are well written with just enough "dark side" to give the reader a thrill and just enough humor to keep a smile coming back now and again. Worth getting the entire collection. Wonderful gifts for any adventure-loving reader.

This is such a great series! It seems realistic, yet enchanting. I can't wait for more of these books to come out. I love this series, even though I am 15. If you haven't already, read this book and all the books that came before it! Mary Stanton is doing a fantastic job so far. Keep up the great work!

I may be thirteen, but that doesn't mean I can't enjoy books below my level. The only reason I rated this four stars was because I think the stories could have been longer. I have read the whole series and loved them. I hope a ninth book come out because there are so many things about Ari's parents we don't know about yet. I have read them many times and do so whenever I need to read a good book.

By Fire, By Moonlight is an amazing book filled with adventure and suspense. This book has all the qualities of a fantasy with all the action of an marvelous adventure. This is the most recent book I have read from the Unicorns of Balinor Series. It is a great book and I would recommend it to anyone with a side that loves adventure...

This book was GREAT! I don't know how she does it, but Mary Stanton has written the best books ever! This was one of my favorites, because of the challenges Ari has to go through, and how she over came them. My favorite one was the race over fire pits. And if you buy this book, you will have to buy the rest. They are too good to sleep on, or wait for. I have read up to seven, and wait to buy eight, and then nine when it comes out. These books are too good to miss!

I absolutly love this book. It is the best. I HIGHLY recomend this book to any horse/unicorn lover. If you love fantasy books,you'll definetly love this whole series. I also think it deserves more than five stars. It need about twenty million stars. I really hope you like this book if you read it.

I got the first Unicorn Book, Road to Balinor for my daughter a couple of months ago. She sped through it and came running to inform me that there "must be another book coming out, look how it ended!" I immediately got on to Amazon to discover that there were 3 more books and another on the way! I ordered all four. She tore into them as soon as they arrived. I was curious as to what was so exciting, so I decided to read the first book. I loved it!! I read all four books in two days! At first I was a little embarrassed to be reading the same book as my 8 year old, but now I share these titles with anyone who wants an enchanting read! We both anxiously await the fifth book

And i'm not being sarcastic! MARY STANTON's books will have you comin' back for more! Their sooooooooo good.

This book is great! I got it at scholastic. It was my first Unicorns of Balinor series book. After I read it I bought three more. They are Search for the Star, Secrets of the Scepter and Night of the Shifters Moon. I am going to buy the fith one too. But By Fire, by Moonlight was the best one and I read it a couple of times. Here's what was really interesting: When the princess saw a mermaid that was saying "come here!" to her and the mermaid was holding the sign of the second challenge- the ordeal by moonlight. In this book there are mermaids, unicorns, magic, dragons and the most magical things. I hope you liked my rewiew. You got to get this book!
