5.0 out of 5 stars The Fiery & Icy Sequel to Solomon's Key June 15, 2014
By Mr. T
Way back in the early 1990's, I remember playing Fire & Fire by Tecmo, the sequel to Solomon's Key.
This time though, you solve puzzles in an icy world. I have to tell you, this game is super addictive and it's a rare
game, very hard to find! Should never have sold this game, on Amazon, they sell for $90.00 and up. But just
recently, I bought a RS-16 Game Player with 168 games built in and it has the game Fire & Ice! I was totally ecstatic
when I found out this game is included among the other 168 games! The RS-16 Game Player costs only $16.99 plus
$4.00 shipping from E-Mods on Amazon.com, a great deal. This is a great way to play Fire & Ice without having to
pay ridiculous prices on Amazon. Any sane person would not pay $90.00 for a video game unless they're insane!

5.0 out of 5 stars A Fun Challenging Puzzle Game! May 28, 2007
Fun: 5.0 out of 5 stars
This Fire N Ice NES game is so much fun! It is entirely a puzzle game where you figure out how to put out the fires with blocks of ice. When you get stuck, you can go back and try again as many times you want. There are many levels. Gets you thinking. Which way should you move the ice first, second and so forth... really interesting game I've ever seen in NES games. My 65 year old mother loves it as much as myself and my kids. Great for all ages!!!

5.0 out of 5 stars The mysterious sequel to Solomon's Key November 3, 2013
Fun: 5.0 out of 5 stars
I started playing this game when I was about 5 or 6. I'm 25 now and the music is so memorable that I'm sure I'll remember it better than important things like birthdays and names.

The game is simple, You're a wizard that must use Ice to fight against fires. It's a pretty simple yet complicated game with pretty nice Graphics and (I Mean) Extremely catchy music.

One thing that I must explain though, this is a puzzle game and not exactly a platformer as you are only able to jump up one step at a time. This game will make you think, that's for sure.

One forewarning though, I never was able to get the password screen to work (It might have been my own individual copy.)

If you've got some time (and money from its current price!!) Give this game a try.

5.0 out of 5 stars No Freezer Burn!! September 30, 2014
By RDOGG
All time top 5 for NES. This games is challenging and makes you think. It lets you skip ahead so if you come back to it later, you don't have to start over. Really good stuff.
