Experimental Rock, does well with Fire on High,

Often, an experimental track is a take or leave it affair used as album filler. OTHER time it is an amazing accomplishment by Talented musicians.
This is the second of those. Portions of the track often is used on Classic Rock FM Stations commercials, program title music, and sometimes played for the full track. (Caveat: The 'EARLY ALTERNATE MIX' is dross, and should be avoided. It uses the off-tone piano used to nice effect in the actual track, as the primary driving force...well driving IF you're Thelma and Louise, and we know where that road trip ended.) There are no lyrics in this anthemic tune, other than the choir's "Ah." The shredded acoustic guitar would make this a nice concert thriller. |
