Great introduction for little ones...
My 2.5 year-old son got scared when the oven smoked and set the smoke detector off. This book has fun illustrations and goes over all the basic fire safety rules that can be practiced with your family. It may be a bit wordy for some young kids, but overall it is easy to understand and has helped my son be less afraid of the fire alarm.

Boring
Filled with good information but not written for a young child as the cover picture would suggest. A ten year old would have the patience for the temperament of this book, not a five year old. Too wordy for younglings.
