If u have read THE COMING HOME PLACE this is the story of James brother Matthew
who is a marshal.He is ordered to escort this lady to california.they are very different she is used to senators, professors and the high life he is a downhome county guy but opposites attract.he knows he wants her but doesn't know how to court her.Some of his methods leaves u shaking your head in disbelief. of course there is a villian in the book that he has to protect her from he killed her husband and is trying to kill her.I enjoyed the book |
