if you want the malevolent energy of slayer, get this cd. they take slayer's energy and turn it up faster, harder, and hotter.

Never has such a force torn through your skull like a blazing wave of razorblades like Carnal Forge! These guys are merciless! From the first second of the cd to the last, you are nothing but helpless shrapnel fodder for their wailing guitars, cataclysmic percussion, and demonic vocals that make you want to crush everything in sight!! If you are looking for a legal alternative to sterrioids, get this CD. If you are looking for something to blast away any thoughts of going back to "MTV's version of what metal is", buy this CD. Or if you just some damn good, 115% pure, bone-shattering Swedish death/thrash metal, B-U-Y I-T N-O-W!

If you have heard or own carnal forge's first albumn then you know what to expect with this album. Firedemon is all about PURE SPEED TRASH SWEDISH METAL, the studio quality is just amazing so dont worry about that! This whole album ripped right through me, the band has done a good job at taking that step forward. Well enough talk, if you like all kinds of metal, especially swedish metal, you cant go wrong with a band like CF that has killer singing, heavy... guitars, smoking riffs, thick bass and sick drums, I mean sick!!!!!

Want you head blown off? Fast, intense and aggressive....what more can i say? Music as it should be. This is a must for any thrash metal fan.

Man, this album is intense! These guys don't take a break for one second. "Firedemon" may only be thirty-five minutes long, but it packs in more aural insanity than most bands can summon up in an entire career. Carnal Forge have the harsh vocals and hard-driving guitar harmonies that define the Swedish metal sound, but they surpass their peers in their singleminded commitment to sheer speed and viciousness. Every song on this album takes off at Slayer speed, with more than enough precision to match. Just look at the song titles from this album, and you can see what Carnal Forge is all about: "Too Much Hell Ain't Enough for Me," "Covered With Fire," "The Torture Will Never Stop," "A Revel in Violence," and my personal favorite, "Headf***er." This is clearly not a band that's out to get in touch with their inner child, or their feminine side. Rather, they're committed to exploring the dark side of life, and to doing it in as fast and harsh a manner as possible, and for this they should be commended. I find it rather criminal that this band hasn't gotten more attention. I mean, In Flames, The Haunted, Soilwork and the like are excellent bands, but I think Carnal Forge can hang with them anyday. If you like those bands, you should definitely like this one, so pick this album up already!

I received this album as a free promo when working at a radio station in Nashville, TN, and it's probably one of the greatest free CDs I've ever received in my life. These guys definitely know how to tear it up at an extremely fast pace. "Chained" and the title track are my two favorite songs off this album, but the entire thing is fantastic. I'd recommend this to anyone who enjoys absolutely brutal metal at lightspeed velocity! It's as though they took ideas created by Slayer and processed them through the Swedish vein of metal. This was the first Carnal Forge album that I ever listened to, but it certainly won't be the last. Check this out and hear these guys tear it up like no other. You won't be disappointed.

this album is the best answer to those who say that "trash is dead". no, guys. trash is alive and Carnal Forge is one of the bands that makes it live in a more aggressive and faster manner. from the first track "too much hell.." to the last one "a revel in violence" this album never loses its energy and speed. if you are one of the true metalheads, who desire for highly technical, fast, heavy, and creative trash metal that roams on the borders of death metal, this album is definitely for you. no need to mention some standout tracks, the entire tracklist is upquality and over standards.
