Firefighters,

Great for age 5 - 6 years old and up. Every school should have a talk about firefighters and what they do and the dangers involved. This is a great beginner book that tells about where they work, how they fight fires and how they rescue people. The text is easy to read and it also is internet linked so that they can find out more about firefighters. Children love hearing about what people do.

I got this book for my almost 4 year old. He loves this book, it has reinforced his desire to be a firefighter when he grows up.This book is great, it REALLY explains what firefighters do, all the different things NOT just fight fires. We own several Usborne books & they are all wonderful. The pictures are excellent & the binding/pages are heavy duty so the books will last through several kids. |
