I LOVE THIS PRODUCT!!! My son is 2 years old he doesn't have to have a light on but we noticed that if it is totally dark he tends to wake up in the night. I found the Firefly Jar and it was exactly what we needed! It doesn't provide as mugh light as a regular nightlight but enough to calm children down so they can fall asleep and not be afraid. My son loves watching...

Lovely jar would be nice if light was in fireflys tail as in real life rather than in centre of body but still looks lovely. Would also be nice with a bit more greenery in jar.

I LOVE THIS PRODUCT!!! My son is 2 years old he doesn't have to have a light on but we noticed that if it is totally dark he tends to wake up in the night. I found the Firefly Jar and it was exactly what we needed! It doesn't provide as mugh light as a regular nightlight but enough to calm children down so they can fall asleep and not be afraid. My son loves watching it as he goes to sleep...and the batteries last a lot longer than I thought they would in this product.

The fireflies in a jar was perfect to go along with the book "Fireflies in the Night" because it illustrates the principle of cool light made by the fireflies. Additionally, the fireflies in a jar make a soothing and not disturbing night light for the youngster who might need some light for comfort during the night.

The item arrived in tact and on time to present to our 4-year old granddaughter who loved receiving it.

Works great. It makes for a nice centerpiece on an outside table or a series of them can be used to light the pathway in the dark at an outside party or event.
