5.0 out of 5 stars Online content is available...
Well, the online content (chapters 17, 18, 19, and appendix A) is now available at URL: http://www.quepublishing.com/bookstore/product.asp?isbn=0789734583#

With my apologies for anyone who was unconvinced by the missing links to this content!

(Sorry about having to rate my own book--Amazon's system won't take this without a rating!)

This review is from: Firefox and Thunderbird: Beyond Browsing and Email (Paperback)
The last three chapters of these books point are missing from the book. These cover some advanced firefox programming. There are instructions to go to the web site but the chapters are no where to be found.

This is a first time I have seen such a thing and am not sure I like it. Why have three enticing chapters mapped out in the table of contents and then say they are not in the book you bought but on the web? And to add insult to injury the chapters are not there either. It might of been better to leave them out of the TOC to avoid misleading and just say that additional material is available at the authors site.

Perhaps, this was just a unintentional logistic slip up that may soon be fixed but you have been warned.
