Brilliant - Demented - Insane - Therapeutic - Buy it :-), March 20, 2005
If you need loud, insane, honest, raucous, demented, therapeutic music to cathart too, this is the ticket.
If you're into early Nick Cave, Birthday Party, Foetus, Bauhaus, Einsteurzende Neubauten, or anything else quite punky, offbeat, heavy, dark and twisted (Mr Bungle, Butthole Surfers etc.) well this is right up there if not far better and more twisted. A true classic album.
Hunters & Collectors are one of those bands whose awesome, crazy, uncompromising, innovative early work, has been obscured by their later, often mediocre, commercial pop-rock hits.
