Stove Top:Measure 1-3 Tablespoons oil (corn, canola, grapeseed, sunflower or oil of choice) and 1/3 cup popcorn into a heavy covered pan. Cover and turn heat to medium. Leave lid slightly ajar to allow steam to escape. When popping slows, remove from heat. When using other poppers, follow the manufacturer's instruction. I am very pleased with this popcorn. The flavor is very good, very fresh. However, I am most impressed with virtually all of the kernels popping.
I have used it in an electric popper (Cusinart) which did not do such a good job but not the fault of the corn. I have used an entire bottle popped in microwave poppers (Presto and NordicWare) without any oil and in both these popper there were at most 3 or 4 unpopped kernels left, which is exceptional in my experience.

My family has used a Whirly-Pop popper for several years and was happy w/ plain "Jolly Time" popcorn from our local grocery store. Over the last 6 months or so we've had more and more of a problem with hulls and "old maids". Our view was the popcorn quality had diminished and the only other choice at the local stores is Orvil Redenbacher, so I looked at Amazon.
We are very pleased with both types of Fireworks Popcorn that I ordered (White Birch and Red River). White Birch is a slight favorite in our house, but both are much better than "Jolly Time". Hardly any hulls and only a couple of unpopped kernals. We are eating popcorn about every other day now as opposed to once a week, so the minimum order isn't too large a quanity. There is a subtle difference in taste and we are looking forward to trying other varieties. I highly recommend this product and will be ordering more in the near future. I just wish the variety packs were offered with free shipping too. Oh well.

I have been searching for the perfect "White Popcorn" and this is it!!! All the kernels pop, and none of those ugly hulls. I will continue to order this popcorn.
