I have this these videos and its absolutely THE BOMB!!! The videos are very effective and fun. They make me sweat and when I'm done I feel good. After 3 weeks of slightly modifying my diet and doing these workouts about 4 days per week I lost inches and I noticed I was a little more toned. I actually only lost about 5lbs, but my clothes fit differently because I had lost inches. And the thing with the firm is you will probably gain weight (muscle mass) and lose fat and inches (which matters most to me)! This is well worth the money!!!!!
