stand is a good ht for my acoustic guitar, it was easy to set up and is pretty steady. I was worried a stand would tip over if my son bumped it but it has stayed up even after light bumping.

The stand works as described. Don't pay more than fifteen dollars for this unit. There are many stands of this quality, so I'd recommend price shopping this type of stand.
